A BILL

To enact section 5.2280 of the Revised Code to

designate September as "Safe Driving Awareness

Month."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.2280 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2280.  The month of September is designated as "Safe	6
Driving Awareness Month," in honor of Maria Tiberi and other	7
victims who have lost their lives in motor vehicle-related	8
accidents.	9
