Bill Title: To declare that a water resource project of a regional water and sewer district remains under the jurisdiction of the district after the municipal annexation of the territory where the project is located, to establish contracting authority for regional water and sewer districts regarding the conveyance of water resource projects to municipal corporations, and to expand the scope of the contracting authority of a county sewer district when conveying water supply facilities and sewer facilities to a municipal corporation.
