Summary
An Act amending the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L.351, No.91), known as the State Lottery Law, in State Lottery, further providing for definitions, for powers and duties of secretary, for commercial advertising, for lottery sales agents, for assignability of prizes drawn, for ticket sales, for compact to sell tickets, for certain sales prohibited, for disposition of funds, for unclaimed prize money, for deposits and transactions and for report; in pharmaceutical assistance for the elderly, further providing for request for proposal; and providing for transfers to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
