An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in falsification and intimidation, further providing for failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements; in registration of sexual offenders, defining "transient"; in registration of sexual offenders, further providing for registration, for registration procedures and applicability and for sentencing court information; in registration of sexual offenders, providing for registration of transients; and in registration of sexual offenders, further providing for victim notification, for other notification, for information made available on the Internet and for duties of the Pennsylvania State Police.
