Bill Title: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for grading of theft offenses, for sale or transfer of firearms and for duties of Pennsylvania State Police; providing for limits on lending or transferring a firearm and for a study by the Joint State Government Commission; further providing for distribution of uniform firearm laws and firearm safety brochures; establishing the Firearm Safety Education Program and the Firearm Safety Education Fund; providing for powers and duties of the Office of Attorney General and for a transfer between funds; and making appropriations.
