Bill Title: An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the offense of sexually violent predators residing or working near schools; further providing for, in registration of sexual offenders, legislative findings and declaration of policy, for registration, for sentencing court information and for verification of residence; imposing limitations on residence for sexually violent predators; providing for electronic monitoring; and further providing for duties of Pennsylvania State Police and Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
