AN ACT
Amending Title 65 (Public Officers) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, further providing for statement of
financial interests.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 1105(b) of Title 65 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
§ 1105. Statement of financial interests.

(b) Required information.--The statement shall include the
following information for the prior calendar year with regard to
the person required to file the statement:

(11) The identity of a spouse of a General Assembly
member who is a registered lobbyist.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
