AN ACT

 

1Amending the act of June 30, 2012 (P.L.   , No.9A), entitled "An
2act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the 
3Executive and Judicial Departments, the State Government 
4Support Agencies and the General Assembly of the 
5Commonwealth, the public debt and the public schools for the 
6fiscal year July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013, for certain 
7institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills 
8incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year 
9ending June 30, 2012; to provide appropriations from the 
10State Lottery Fund, the Tobacco Settlement Fund, the Aviation 
11Restricted Revenue Account, the Hazardous Material Response 
12Fund, The State Stores Fund, the Milk Marketing Fund, the 
13Home Investment Trust Fund, the Emergency Medical Services 
14Operating Fund, the Tuition Payment Fund, the Banking 
15Department Fund, the Firearm Records Check Fund, the Ben 
16Franklin Technology Development Authority Fund, the Oil and 
17Gas Lease Fund, the Home Improvement Account and the 
18Cigarette Fire Safety and Firefighter Protection Act 
19Enforcement Fund, to the Executive Department; to provide 
20appropriations from the Judicial Computer System Augmentation 
21Account to the Judicial Department for the fiscal year July 
221, 2012, to June 30, 2013; to provide appropriations from the 
23Motor License Fund for the fiscal year July 1, 2012, to June 
2430, 2013, for the proper operation of several departments of 
25the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized 
26to spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the 
27appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive Department of 
28the Commonwealth and for the payment of bills remaining 
29unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012; 

1and to provide for the additional appropriation of Federal 
2and State funds from the General Fund for the Executive 
3Department of the Commonwealth for the fiscal year July 1, 
42011, to June 30, 2012, and for the payment of bills incurred 
5and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending 
6June 30, 2012, and to provide appropriations from the Motor 
7License Fund, the Home Improvement Account and the Cigarette 
8Fire Safety and Firefighter Protection Act Enforcement Fund 
9for the fiscal year July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, and for 
10the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the 
11close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012," further
12providing for the appropriation to the Department of Public
13Welfare.

14The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
15hereby enacts as follows:

16Section 1.  As much as relates to certain State
17appropriations in section 220 of the act of June 30, 2012 (P.L. 
18, No.9A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2012, are
19amended to read:
