AN ACT

 

1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in hunting and furtaking, further providing for
3penalties.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 2364 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 2364. Penalties.

9Any violation of this subchapter relating to bobcat or otter
10is a summary offense of the fourth degree. Any violation of 
11section 2361(a)(11) (relating to unlawful acts concerning taking 
12of furbearers) is a summary offense of the first degree. Except
13for threatened or endangered species, any other violation of
14this subchapter is a summary offense of the fifth degree.

15Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
