AN ACT
1Amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania
2Consolidated Statutes, further providing for release of
3information in confidential reports.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Section 6340(a) of Title 23 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8§ 6340. Release of information in confidential reports.
9(a) General rule.--Reports specified in section 6339
10(relating to confidentiality of reports) shall only be made
11available to:

14conjunction with the performance of the duties designated to
15that office.

17Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
