A RESOLUTION
Honoring BAYADA Home Health Care on 37 years of providing in-
home care.
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care was founded in January 1975
in Philadelphia by Mark Baiada; and
WHEREAS, It is the mission of BAYADA Home Health Care to help
people have a safe home life with comfort, independence and
dignity; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing,
rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice and assistive care services
to children, adults and seniors nationwide; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care is the largest provider of
pediatric home health care for medically fragile children in
this Commonwealth; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care cares for their clients 24
hours a day, seven days a week; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care makes it possible for

millions of people worldwide to experience a better quality of
life in the comfort of their own homes; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care has three core values
consisting of compassion, excellence and reliability; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care believes that their clients
come first, their employees are their greatest assets, building
relationships and working together are critical to their success
as a company of compassionate caregivers and they must
demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care serves more than 17,700
clients annually in this Commonwealth; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care employed more than 9,200
individuals in this Commonwealth in 2011; and
WHEREAS, BAYADA Home Health Care provides services in 58
counties and is expanding; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate honor BAYADA Home Health Care for
37 years of providing in-home care services to the residents of
this Commonwealth; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to
BAYADA Home Health Care, 1315 Walnut Street, Suite 600,
Philadelphia, PA 19107.
