A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 58-12-90, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CABLE COMPANIES MAKING A CHANNEL AVAILABLE TO THE EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION COMMISSION, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CABLE COMPANIES MUST ALSO OFFER A CABLE SERVICE TIER THAT ALLOWS SUBSCRIBERS TO CHOOSE CHANNELS ON AN INDIVIDUAL PER-CHANNEL BASIS.
