Amend Section 40-8-150, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Grounds For Disciplinary Action Against A Licensed Perpetual Care Cemetery Company, So As To Provide That A Company May Be Disciplined For Failing To Accommodate Timely Burials After A Funeral Service; And To Amend Section 40-19-110, As Amended, Relating To Unprofessional Conduct For A Funeral Director, So As To Provide That It Is Deemed Unprofessional Conduct For A Funeral Director To Arrange A Funeral Service Without Scheduling A Timely Burial Of The Remains Of The Deceased Person.
