Summary

Require An Owner Of A Golf Cart To Obtain A Permit Decal And Registration To Operate A Golf Cart Along A Public Road Or Highway, To Increase The Fee For The Permit And Registration And To Provide That The Department Of Motor Vehicles Must Provide To A Law Enforcement Agency, Upon Request, The Name And Address Of The Owner Of A Golf Cart Registered With The Department.
