A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 133 TO TITLE 44 SO AS TO REQUIRE MEDICAL LABORATORIES TO PROVIDE TEST RESULTS TO PATIENTS AT THE SAME TIME THE RESULTS ARE PROVIDED TO THE HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
