Summary
Amend Act 748 Of 1978, As Amended, Relating To The Darlington County School District And The Board Of Education Of Darlington County, So As To Provide That The Darlington County School District Shall Offer Employees Who Work Less Than Twelve Months Annually The Option Of Being Paid Over The Length Of Their Contract Instead Of On A Year-round Basis, To Provide This Option Must Be Made Annually, And To Provide Employees Only May Change An Election In An Annual Contract.
