Summary

Amend Section 56-5-1210, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Duties Of A Motor Vehicle Driver Involved In An Accident, The Moving Of A Vehicle Involved In An Accident, And Penalties Associated With Failure To Comply With This Section, So As To Increase The Penalty Imposed Upon A Person Who Is Involved In An Accident When Injury Results But Great Bodily Injury Or Death Does Not Result Fails To Comply With This Section.
