Prohibit The Worthless Check Unit Of A Judicial Circuit From Accepting A Case Where The Unit Previously Collected Full Restitution From The Drawer Of The Check Before Prosecution On More Than Three Occasions When The Amount Of Full Restitution Exceeds One Thousand Dollars.
