Direct The Department Of Health And Environmental Control To Establish A Study Committee To Determine The Levels Of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (pahs) Present In Urban And Rural Industrial And Nonindustrial Soils In Representative Areas Across The State, To Evaluate The Impact Of Pahs On The Health And Quality Of Life Of Residents In These Areas, And To Report Its Findings To The General Assembly.
