Summary

Enact The Pharmacy Access Act; To Amend Title 44 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Health, By Adding Chapter 138, To Provide That Qualified Licensed Pharmacists May Prescribe And Administer Injectable Hormonal Contraceptives And Prescribe And Dispense Self-administered Hormonal Contraceptives Under A Standing Prescription Drug Order, To Provide For Written Joint Protocol Provisions, And To Define Necessary Terms.
