Relating To The Clean Indoor Air Act, Including Exceptions To Places Where Smoking Is Prohibited, To Delete Provisions Allowing Smoking In Certain Private Offices And Teacher Lounges At Schools; And By Adding Section 59-1-485 To Provide That It Is Unlawful For A Person To Smoke Or Possess Lighted Smoking Material In Outdoor Areas Of Public Schools And Preschools And To Provide A Penalty.
