Provide That A State Agency, Board, Commission, Institution, Department, Or Other State Entity That Hosts A Webpage Accessible Through The Internet May Not Display The Full Birthdate Or Home Address Of A Person Who Has Committed A Traffic Offense For Which A Uniform Traffic Ticket Was Issued Or For A Traffic Offense With A Maximum Penalty Of No More Than Thirty Days Imprisonment, A Fine, Or Both.
