Amend Section 59-20-50, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The State Minimum Salary Schedule For Teachers, So As To Extend The Schedule Five Years So That Each Certified Teacher Is Eligible To Receive A Pay Raise For Each Of Their First Twenty-eight Years Of Teaching.
