Summary

Relating To General Provisions Concerning Law Enforcement And Public Safety; By Adding Section 23-1-240, To Provide That Law Enforcement Chaplains With A Valid Concealed Weapons Permit May Be Authorized To Carry A Weapon In The Same Manner And With The Same Rights And Privileges As A Law Enforcement Officer; To Provide For The Revocation Of That Authorization; And To Provide That Revocation Of Authorization Does Not Constitute Revocation Of The Chaplain's Concealed Weapons Permit.
