Amend Section 58-3-280, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Prohibition Of A Former Public Service Commissioner From Being Employed Or Retained For A Period Of One Year Following His Service As A Commissioner, So As To Extend That Prohibition To A Four-year Period.
