Bill Title: Provide The Governor Shall Appoint A Candidate For Judicial Office And Has The Sole Authority To Make This Appointment, To Provide A Candidate For Judicial Office Appointed By The Governor Must Be Confirmed By The House Judiciary Committee And Senate Judiciary Committee, And To Provide In Order To Be Elected, A Candidate For Judicial Office Must Receive At Least Two-thirds Of The Vote Of The Members Of These Committees.
