Summary
As enacted, rewrites the provisions for requests for review of a juvenile court case heard by a magistrate by changing the right from a de novo hearing by the juvenile court judge to a review by the juvenile court judge with a presumption of correctness as to the magistrate's order; makes other relevant revisions. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1.
