Summary
As introduced, requires commissioner of labor and workforce development to appoint department attorney to indigent claimant in unemployment benefit appeal upon request when employer is represented by counsel at appeal; employer will pay costs of claimant's legal representation if claimant prevails, otherwise cost comes from department's existing resources. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 23 and Title 50.
