Summary

As introduced, makes students who graduate from an out-of-state high school eligible for the Tennessee HOPE scholarship if at least one of the student's parents resides in this state and has resided in this state no less than 10 years; requires the board of regents and each state university board to consider such students residents of this state. - Amends TCA Title 49.
