Summary
As introduced, requires the select oversight committee on long-term care to annually assess the financing of the Option program and Long-Term Care Community Choices Act of 2008 and report to the house and senate standing finance committees; requires the fiscal review committee to report annually to the oversight committee on the impacts of the nursing home bed tax. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56; Title 57; Title 67; Title 68 and Title 71.
