Summary

As enacted, modifies the course work required to receive a certified municipal finance officer (CMFO) designation; requires examinations, including test questions, administered by MTAS and CTAS to be designated as a municipal or county finance officer, respectively, to be confidential. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 56, Part 4 and Title 10, Chapter 7, Part 5.
