Bill Title: As introduced, requires the board of regents and UT board of trustees to report to the house and senate education committees whether instruction aimed at increasing the awareness and prevention of hate crime offenses, sexual battery, sexual harassment, and date rape are being offered to all entering freshmen during orientation or introductory studies at each of their respective institutions. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3; Title 8, Chapter 50 and Title 49.
