Bill Title: As enacted, prohibits a business or other entity from printing a consumer's social security number on a card or badge if the consumer has to display that card in order to obtain goods or services to which the consumer is entitled. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18, Part 21; Title 53;Title 56 and Title 63.
