Bill Title: As introduced, specifies that when a sheriff is selling a judgment debtor's property to satisfy a judgment lien pursuant to the rules of civil procedure, part of the "reasonable expenses" owing to the sheriff may include a commission, the amount of which is set and approved by the court. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 16; Title 25 and Title 26.
