Summary
Federal Bird-Safe Buildings Act of 2011 - Requires each public building constructed, altered, or acquired by the Administrator of General Services (GSA) to incorporate bird-safe building materials and design features. Directs the Administrator to: (1) incorporate such materials and features into existing public buildings, and (2) address the impacts of interior and exterior lighting on native bird species.
