Summary
Repeals the prohibition under the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program that restricts nurses in the program from working for private entities that are not nonprofits. The program generally provides repayment for a maximum of 85% of the educational loans of (1) registered nurses or nurse practitioners who serve in areas of high need or (2) nurse faculty at eligible schools of nursing.
