Summary
Amends the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to expand eligibility for free school lunches to children who are from areas with greater than fair market rent, if their family income does not exceed 185% of the poverty level. (Currently, children are eligible for free school lunches if their family income does not exceed 130% of the poverty level.)
