Summary

Provides that all actions taken or written findings made by a local department of social services regarding an adult protective services investigation are final and not appealable to the Commissioner for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and are not to be considered a final agency action or case decision of the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services for the purposes of judicial review under the Virginia Administrative Process Act.
