Summary

Time-served credit for pretrial home/electronic incarceration. Provides that a circuit or district court, when imposing a sentence of incarceration upon a person convicted of a criminal offense, may allow the person convicted credit for time served prior to trial under home/electronic incarceration authorized under §19.2-123 and shall set forth in the sentencing order whether or not such credit is allowed.
