Summary
Nonpublic school students; participation in interscholastic programs. Directs a nonprofit corporation founded in Virginia in 1913 to organize and govern interscholastic programs among the public high schools to deem eligible for participation in interscholastic programs a student who is receiving home instruction, who has demonstrated evidence of progress, and who is eligible for free tuition in a public school in Virginia. The bill allows such students to be charged reasonable fees for participation.
