Summary

Study; reduce Medicaid costs using telemedicine; report. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study reducing Medicaid costs by using telemedicine. In conducting its study, the joint subcommittee shall (i) examine the current use of telemedicine in the Commonwealth and in other states; (ii) research methods of reducing Medicaid costs using telemedicine; and (iii) consider other new technological advances used in other states to reduce costs within the Medicaid program.
