VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to amend and reenact §2 of Chapter 311 of the Acts of
Assembly of 2014, relating to the duties of the Clerk of the State Corporation Commission;
electronic registration system.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §2 of Chapter 311 of the Acts of Assembly of 2014 is amended and reenacted as follows:
§2. Beginning not later than July 1, 2018 January
1, 2020, the Commission shall limit the submission of data and documents on
behalf of a business entity through its eFile electronic registration
system to any user (i) designated to make such submissions on behalf of the
business entity and (ii) whose identity has been established satisfactorily
through a verification process.
