VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to amend Chapter 789 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 by adding a second enactment, relating to the Virginia Public Procurement Act; bid, performance, and payment bonds; waiver by localities; sunset. [H 398] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Chapter 789 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 is amended by adding a second enactment as follows:

2. That the provisions of this Act shall expire on July 1, 2021.
