SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 20 Offered January 24, 2024 Nominating persons to be elected as members of the State Corporation Commission. ---------- Patron-- Surovell ---------- Referred to Committee on Commerce and Labor ----------

RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected as members of the State Corporation Commission as follows:

Kelsey A. Bagot, Esquire, of Loudoun, as a member of the State Corporation Commission for a term of six years commencing April 1, 2024.

Samuel T. Towell, Esquire, of the City of Richmond, as a member of the State Corporation Commission for an unexpired term commencing March 17, 2024 and ending January 31, 2028.
