SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 20 Nominating persons to be elected as members of the State Corporation Commission.

 

Agreed to by the Senate, January 24, 2024

 

RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected as members of the State Corporation Commission as follows:

Kelsey A. Bagot, Esquire, of Loudoun, as a member of the State Corporation Commission for a term of six years commencing April 1, 2024.

Samuel T. Towell, Esquire, of the City of Richmond, as a member of the State Corporation Commission for an unexpired term commencing March 17, 2024 and ending January 31, 2028.
