Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Increases the threshold amount that enhances theft and retail theft from a misdemeanor to a felony or to a higher class of felony from $500 for theft and $300 for retail theft, and $150 for motor fuel theft to $2,500 other than for motor fuel theft, and $2,000 for motor fuel theft. Eliminates the offense of theft by emergency exit. Changes the threshold for criminal damage to property from $500 to $2,000. Effective immediately.
