AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1155
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1155, AS AMENDED, by
inserting the following in its proper numeric sequence:
"Section 123. Firearm carry prohibition; restaurants with
liquor license.
No person may knowingly carry a firearm into any
establishment that maintains a retail liquor license as
provided in subsection (d) of Section 5-1 of the Liquor Control
Act of 1934 and allows for the sale and consumption of
alcoholic beverages on its premises as an on premise
consumption retailer.".
