Bill Title: That is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2017, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date, to authorize the issuance of an enhanced driver's license, enhanced commercial driver's license, and enhanced identification card to facilitate land and sea border crossings between the United States and Canada and Mexico, pursuant to an agreement with the United States Department of Homeland Security.
