Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, So As To Enact The "south Carolina Electronic Notary Public Act"; By Adding Chapter 2 To Title 26 So As To Provide Definitions, To Provide Procedures And Training Requirements To Become An Electronic Notary, To Establish Functions Which May Be Carried Out By An Electronic Notary, To Provide Requirements And Procedures To Perform An Electronic Notarial Act, To Outline Liabilities, Sanctions, And Remedies For Improper Performance Of Electronic Notarial Act, And To Provide A Method Of Authenticity.
